Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Avery's Tree House LLC Fundraiser Events We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. Please review the following cancellation policy for our fundraising events: Cancellation by Attendees: If you need to cancel your reservation for the event, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be refunded. However, your donation will still go towards supporting the children in need of therapy. Event Postponement or Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or health concerns), we will notify all attendees promptly via email and/or phone. If the event is canceled entirely, attendees will have the option to receive a full refund or donate the amount to support our cause. Donations: If you decide to cancel and forgo a refund, your donation will be greatly appreciated and go directly toward the therapeutic services for children in need. We truly appreciate your understanding and your support of this important cause. Thank you for helping us make a difference!
